For a long time, many consumer habits have appeared to have no consequence. It is now quite apparent that there is an imbalance in standards of living throughout the world which is fuelled by the Wests’ continuing short changing and exploitation of labour markets in the so called third world.
We don’t believe anyone who is truly aware of what is going on in the world would want to turn their backs and support a slave trade economy.
Being into clothes we decided to do something about it. Certified organic, fair trade clothing that is ethically and sustainably made from seed to garment.
Thank you for believing in what we do.
“The World Health Organisation estimates that 20,000 people a year die in developing countries from pesticide poisoning, and a further 3 million people suffer chronic health problems”.
An eco-friendly brand providing green apparel choices for a sustainable future. Choosing organic cotton goes beyond any fabric, benefitting the environment and society.
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified clothing ensures its organic status with strict compliance to environmental and social guidelines in all the processes involved in textile processing.
We aim to have as many GOTS certificied fabrics in our collection as possible, choosing quality over quantity. Every season, this is quite a challenge. But not impossible.
We are happy to confirm all our garments are made with organic cotton, and at least 40% of our collection is GOTS certified.
Modal is wear resistant and can be machine washed and tumble dried without shrinking or getting pulled out of shape. It performs much like cotton and can be mercerized for increased strength and luster. And last but not least, it’s SUPER SOFT.
Modal is about fifty percent more water absorbent per unit volume than cotton. It’s designed to dye just like cotton and is color-fast when washed in warm water. Textiles made from modal are resistant to shrinkage, fading and graying.
Modal is made from sustainably harvested beech trees and the company uses an environmentally friendly bleaching method for pulp.

Recycled polyester, also known as rPET, is obtained by melting down existing plastic and re-spinning it into new polyester fiber. Recycled polyester gives a second life to a material that’s not biodegradable and would otherwise end up in landfill or the ocean.
Our recycled polyester items are made in Turkey and China.
