Complaints must be described fully and clearly within reasonable time submitted to the entrepreneur after the costumer has observed the defects. You can report your complaint to us by emailing to email@example.com.
The complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days. If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing time, the entrepreneur will answer within 14 days and will give an indication when the costumer will receive a more detailed answer.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation. Via the WebwinkelKeur Foundation From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for costumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union Platform.
