RETURN CONDITIONS

Within the period of 30 days you may return the items. When the delivered items are not returned within 30 days of receipt, the items will be considered as accepted by recipient.

We only accept returned items which are:
• unwashed, unworn, undamaged items with original labels
• with original packaging (underwear)

If all returned articles haven’t been used and are not damaged, and if all articles were returned correctly and on time, CarlijnQ will refund the money (excluding delivery costs). In case of returning the entire order, we will refund the shipping costs.

We will process the return shipment within a maximum of 5 working days. After that, the amount will be refunded and will take max. 14 days to be back into your account (the way you paid).

Exchange items
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items, because we work with a limited stock we can’t guarantee sizes. If you wish to receive another item or size, you have to place another order.


INSTRUCTIONS
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

1. This option is for NL only.

The package can be dropped off at a PostNL point and returned free of charge to our freepost number (antwoordnummer). Don’t forget to add the completed return form.

2. Send the package at your own expense, with a forwarder of your choice, to our return address. Don’t forget to add the completed return form.

3. The package can be delivered free of charge at our office. Don’t forget to add the completed return form.

We cannot exchange items and do not return cash.

Note: Send your package preferably as package with Track & Trace instead of postal item, so that you can see if your package got delivered properly. The customer is responsible for their own return shipment after sending it. If a package gets lost, we cannot be held liable.

ARTICLE WAS DELIVERED WITH A DEFECT OR INCOMPLETE

In case you have received a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered, please first contact our customer service by filling out our contact form or send an e-mail to info@carlijnq.nl.

Always enclose a photo of the problem when sending an email. We would also like to receive your order number. We will make sure that you can exchange your order without any costs. You don’t need to start a return process.
